产品介绍(Introduction)

SA-6070S 系列铝浆是双面 PERC 太阳能电池电池局域铝背场的专用浆料，该浆料经热处理后能很好填充激光开孔位置，在开孔处形成良好的局域铝背场。该铝浆与背银电极能形成良好的接触， 同时， 不损伤背面 Al2 O3/SiNx 钝化层， 电池片有较高的开路电压、较低的串联电阻，综合表现为有较高的转换效率。铝膜外观颜色均匀、附着牢固，有很强的耐水煮特性， 具有可靠的长期工作稳定性能。

SA-6070S Al Paste is used for local BSF(back surface field) of bifacial PERC solar  cells. This paste can form local Al-Si alloy by annealing and get an excellent contact with silver electrodes and won’t damage the Al 2O3/SiNx layers. The BSF made by SA-6070S10 results a higher solar cell efficiency. The aluminium layer has some characteristics such as strong adhesion, good conductivity, and very strong characteristic of  resistance  water boiling. There for, it has a very good long-term work stability.

烧结工艺(Firing conditions)：

温度(Temperature)： 730-780℃ 处理时间(Annealing time)： 1-5s

升温速度(Increasing speed)： 10-15℃/s  降温速度(Cooling rate)： 10-30℃/s

储存和存储期（ Storage and Shelf Life）

密封避光状态保存， 5-30℃， 六个月。

Store in a clean, stable environment at ambient temperature(5-30℃). Shelf life of material in unopened containers is a minimum of six months.
