SA-6171D 系列 PERC 背银浆是我公司推出的一款低耗量、高附着力硅太阳能电池背银浆料，按照固含量不同可分为 SA-6171D18、SA-6171D62 和 SA-6171D65 等产品，具有优异的附着力、良好的可焊性和耐焊性、宽的烧结工艺窗口、卓越的抗老化能力和电池转换效率高等优点。
SA-6171D Series PERC Ag Paste is a new perc rear side silver paste series for silicon solar cells. According to solid content, it is divided into SA-6171D18，SA-6171D62 and SA-6171D65. This paste has some characteristics such as good soldered adhesion, excellent solderability, wide co-firing process window and outstanding anti-aging ability. Solar cells made by using SA-6171D will have a higher efficiency.

使用工艺(Process)
丝网(Screen printing)： 250-300 目(250-300 mesh)
烘干温度(Drying): 120-200℃/5-10min(circulating air oven),180-250℃/30s-2min 烧结工艺(Firing conditions)：
温 度 (Temperature)： 720-800℃ 处理时间(Annealing time)： 1-3s
升温速度(Increasing speed)： 10-15℃/s 降温速度(Cooling rate)： 20-30℃/s
储存和存储期（ Storage and Shelf Life）
密封避光状态保存， 5-25℃， 六个月。 Stored in a clean, stable environment at ambient
